Child Care Teachers - Day Care (Full-time)
Provide total quality care for the children in the Day Care Program. Attend to the safety, development, nutrition, hygiene, socialization and emotional well being of each assigned child. Must demonstrate dedication, sensitivity and caring as well as be skilled and knowledgeable in working with young children.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with 90-hour certification, 45 hour Infant Course & 90 hour Literacy course plus 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility. Must be at least 20 years of age.
Assistant Supervisor - Teen Mother/Baby Program (Full-time)
Provides support to the Program Supervisor, supervision to the evening staff and maintains responsibility for the program. Gives encouragement to teenage mothers through emotional/medical support. Coordinates the team effort for the provision of quality care and coordinates the housekeeping responsibilities to ensure a clean and safe working/living environment. Maintains supervisory responsibility for evening staff, residents and the Program, in the absence of the Supervisor.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent with a minimum of five years experience working with adolescents.
Grants Manager - Development Office (Part-time)
Identifies and researches corporations and foundations, including funding source proposal requirements and submittal deadlines. Writes, edits, and proofreads proposals and reports to corporate, foundation, and government funders. Tracks status of proposals and follows up to provide additional information as required by funding sources.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree, preferably in English or Journalism or equivalent experience.
