Transitional Housing Program

Contact Us

If you are a local pregnant or parenting young woman facing homelessness, St. Ann's Center is just a phone call away.

(301) 559-5500

Please read our Frequently Asked Questions to learn about our eligibility requirements and program expectations.

What to Expect

When you call St. Ann's, you will first speak with our Front Desk Associate, who will ask you a few preliminary questions about your background and housing situation.

We will also ask you to provide us with reliable contact information (email address or phone number) so that our Clinical and Social Work Services Department can follow-up to complete an initial screening.

If you are eligible for the program and we have space available, we will schedule an in-person interview. An interview does not guarantee admission. Following the interview, the team reviews the information collected to determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.

During your in-person interview, our staff will take time to learn more about you and your goals. If you are accepted into our Transitional Housing Program, you will receive an admission packet via email outlining the required documentation and next steps in the admissions process. Once all admission requirements have been completed, our team will work with you to schedule your move-in date.
